Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Scandivv tags attached to ensure the product remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
